7+ years of Oracle Transport Management / Warehouse Management System (OWMS) experience, including implementation of multiple OWMS Cloud go live within the last 3 years

· Understand AT&T OWMS processes

· Familiarity with supply chain, procurement and logistics business processes and concepts

· Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization

· Broad knowledge and experience with various supply-chain systems. Working knowledge of Oracle Transportation Modules (Transportation Management, Transportation Operational Planning, Freight Payment, Billing & Claims,Global Trade Management)

Must be a “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) OOWMS Cloud implementation

· Estimate high level project schedules and timelines

 

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions for AT&T OWMS Cloud implementation

· Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements, interfaces and integrated systems

· Solution and design of OWMS cloud migration and integration

· Develop and execute user acceptance and integration test scenarios to validate end to end workflow

· Work with other business process owners, end-users and project team members to effectively implement OWMS Cloud (LogFire) on schedule

· Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for business applications

· Serve as a team member within multi-functional supply chain programs as assigned

· Proactively monitor processes to identify trends; analyses/predicts trends and develops a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring in order to ensure high service levels

· Develop job aids and training materials, document functional, technical and process-oriented documents for the Application and projects

· Participate in change management and/or implementation activities as needed.

 

Oracle SCM – BSA (Order Management)

5+ years’ experience with the one or more following Oracle Modules

•Oracle Inventory

•Oracle Order Management

•Oracle Receivables

•Oracle Shipping

•Accounting skills:

o Inventory accounting

o Receivable’s accounting

o General ledger accounting

o Month end close experience with Oracle applications in a large retail organization a requirement

· Involvement with a minimum of five (5) full life cycle Oracle fusion implementations, of which at least three (3) should be Oracle fusion cloud

· Demonstrate strong proficiency in all functional aspects of cloud application solution design, configuration, integration and deployment

· Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues
