Location: Oaks, PA/Remote Duration : 12+ months
Job Summary: The .Net JIRA Developer will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps, gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands. - Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.
- Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.
- Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows.
- Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.
- Responsible for maintenance, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)
- Jira developer will also provide production support by deploying changes to production and providing level 3 support as needed
- Strong knowledge with C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net
- Some working knowledge of SQL and TSQL
- .Net framework, MVC, and Web API 2.0
- Background in designing and implementing applications using .Net technologes
