Hi Partners, sharing with you the requirement with one of my client. Please share the relevant profiles on it. Mainframe Analyst (RPS / Vantage Exp Must have). Location : Windsor, CT (Can be remote preferrable east coast-based candidates) Duration : Contract • Current RPS is in the cloud and many applications are microfocus in azure/github. • Related mainframe JCL/Linux scripts and TWS scheduler work needs to be done to remove ACES (Vantage Admin) files from some apps. • Good understanding of RPS systems and Vantage. • Figure out RPS cycle and check code for dependencies. • Intermediate knowledge of analysis in Microfocus COBOL. • Hand on experience with JCL and Scripting. • Handle some of the things like service now themselves. • Ability to resolve problems utilizing appropriate resources. • Collaborate with dual shore team members and other teams. • Should be able to articulate analysis and communicate to stakeholders.
