   1. Tool Education/Training: Adobe Target hands-on developer experience required
   2. Tasks:

                                                               i.      Help author experiences/variations for site and app AB Testing and Personalization

                                                             ii.      In addition leveraging the Target Visual Experience Composer (VEC) this resource will also need to leverage custom code for certain pages

                                                           iii.      Configure settings within Target to align experiences with audiences

                                                           iv.      Design audiences using combination of analytics attributes, browser attributes, or profiles scripts

1. 3. Skillsets:

                                                               i.      CSS/Javascript required to customize the experience

                                                             ii.      Knowledge of headed and headless best practices preferred

                                                           iii.      Knowledge of responsive/mobile experience design preferred

                                                           iv.      AEM experience preferred (although not a requirement for many of our sites)

1. 3. 4. 1. Long term, we will look to author experiences in AEM
