1.       Strong Gitlab pipelines experience to handle it across projects and GitLab administration
2. Gitlab Controls, Policies and Standards.
3. Gitlab standard templates to cover code artifacts for AWS, Azure
4. Gitlab Branching strategies, Code Scanning,  SAST, DAST, Container scanning.
5. Gitlab best practices for code migrations.
6. Jenkin to Gitlab Migration experiences.
7. Gitlab runners,  Webhooks and Gitlab integrations
8. Gitlab projects packages and registries.
9. Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible
10. Strong experience with AWS or Azure
11. Jenkins to Gitlab migration experience
12. Ansible development experience
