Position: Technical Systems Analyst
location: Hybrid in Westlake, TX
Interview: Video
Duration: 6+ MONTHS
Visa: USC, GC, OPT/EAD, EAD/GC, H4/EAD
Rate: $50hr/C2C Max
The Skills You Bring
· Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs; ability to speak to the business, but also translate to practical technical specifications for the software development team
· Ability to identify and assess technology solutions with an understanding of both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies
· Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories
· Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
· Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Experience in gathering requirement needs for UI development
· Support in building current and future capability and process maps
· Ability to support integrated and regression testing
· Experience in working with UXR and UXD in supporting research and design is desirable
· Experience analyzing and/or validating complex data sets using SQL is highly desirable
· Experience with visualization tools/data insights is desirable
· Team mentality with solid ability to articulate strategy and decisions
