Role: Genesys Lead Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA preferred (Open to Remote)
Duration: Long Term
Qualifications:
ü Have more than 10 years of experience in the Genesys suite of products including Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc.
ü Solid understanding of the Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure and understanding of the high viability and disaster recovery models.
ü Good communication and interpersonal skills.
ü Must be a team player with experience in Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban.
ü Ability to lead and execute technology projects from start to end.
ü Help other associates with operational-related activities.
ü Conduct proof of concepts for new capabilities/solutions.
