For all above technologies, hands on experience are must, priority is based on the mentioned order..    Additionally, candidate should know: Microsoft defender  Microsoft Purview and compliance.  On-prem AD Azure AD DNS and Networking.    The responsibilities of Engineer III – Collaboration Technologies include the following: Implement, Manage and Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NTP and Windows Server (all version).  Responsible and Manage Office365, Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, SCCM, Intune and MS related technologies. Administer, Troubleshoot and Support Exchange Infrastructure Systems, PowerShell, etc Developed, Manage, Setup and Renew SSL Cert in Both Private and Public-key Crypto. Implement, Maintain and support SSO platform(ADFS) Experience with co-management, conditional access policies, Device management and Autopilot setup Responsible for the End User experience with Microsoft office 365 products and roadmap Manage File server folder permissions. Performed routine maintenance tasks for systems, application backups, patch management and OS updates. Responds to and Supporting Escalated Trouble Tickets and Issues from Support Team. Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software problems as they effect system operation. Any other duties as required to ensure the Health Plan operations are successful.
