Role: FULLSTACK JAVA DEVELOPER
Visa : GC , GC EAD , US CITIZEN
Location: REMOTE San Diego, CA, United States
Duration: 6+ months
Experience: 7+
Interview : Phone and skype

JD:
Must Haves: 
•    Java
•    Spring
•    Terraform
•    AWS
•    Angular or React or ES6 JavaScript
•    Docker / Containerization
•    Significant Communication Gaps 
o    Significant time was spent communicating and over communicating the expected work to be done
o    Quality of deliverables was poor even after sharing examples and giving feedback
•    Technology and Experience Gaps 
o    Engineer is missing critical hands on skills 
    Java
    Spring (crucial framework in AirView technical stack)
    Containers / Docker
    Process debugging
o    Training with access to online classes are moving too slowly


Ideal Candidate Background: 
•    Full-stack java engineers with native cloud Infra as Code/AWS exp
•    Former experience as a Systems Architect, Developer, and/or DevOps
•    Real world application of AWS knowledge 
o    Associate and/or Professional level AWS certifications are a huge plus
