NOTE: Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Lead

 

Job Description :

• Responsible for the delivery of SAP field workforce scheduling, dispatch, and the completion of field work through the deployment and standard integration of SAP FSM with S/4HANA. Conduct workshops, BPDs, specifications, and configuration within SAP
• Experience/knowledge on integrating appointments booking through SAP Service Cloud
• Geospatial data capturing through FSM mobile to be populated in ESRI through interfaces.
• Geotracking of material data and image uploads
• Integration to S/4 through FSM cloud connector
• Adapting FSM smart forms.
• Strong communicator
