Description: 

IT Risk Control Tester within the IT Risk Mitigation Department will be responsible for coordinating and executing Compliance Tests against systems on-premise, cloud and the CI/CD pipeline. The IT Risk Control Tester will also analyze all testing results to ensure teams within the IT organization are adhering to prescribed policies, controls and standards. The Risk Control Tester will evaluate information systems, platforms and IT operating procedures in accordance with the firm's standards and best practices. This role will directly interact with other teams within IT, Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance and Legal departments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and in a challenging, team-based environment to achieve the prescribed goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and address IT risks which may impact the organization.
- Conduct compliance testing.
- Conduct monthly Change Ticket Sampling reviews to ensure they are in accordance with the Company's Change Management Policy.
- Conduct Monthly Employee Change Ticket Sampling review to ensure the change tickets are in accordance with the Company's Employee Lifecycle Policy.
- Monitor cloud alerts and coordinate the appropriate remediation.
- Identify trends in testing and remediation gaps in order to highlight training or education opportunities.
- Recommend necessary changes to the firms' development teams to ensure the company's systems are fully compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage the documentation and review of IT Risk & Compliance procedures.

Job Requirements:
1. 3 + years of analytical experience, preferably in an audit, compliance or related consulting function.
2. Knowledge / understanding of system Security processes / framework.
3. Knowledge of Cloud Computing, including AWS and Azure.
4. Ability to work independently and consistently manage workload in order to meet set deadlines.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously as well as shifting priorities is essential.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Comprehensive analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to think creatively and present ideas clearly.
10. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SQL and AWS PRISMA a plus.
11. Understanding agile processes a plus.
