Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis Experience with Agile Software Development
Experience with Requirements Gathering
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Skills and experiences in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes. The people involved may be at the manager level or the field staff level. People may be business-oriented or technical (information technology) staff. Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques.
· Experiences in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution. Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process
· models and/or process flow models.
· Skills and experiences in identifying processes needing further "de-composition" in order to
· identify the requirements associated with the process.
· Work with various stakeholders and team members to understand requirements, understand data needs and resolve issues.
· Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
· Strong technical background.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
· Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a variety of audiences.
· Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish and maintain good working relationships with
· team members, agency representatives, external representatives and vendor staff. Able to work independently, to work against a plan, to meet deadlines, to follow procedures and to produce deliverables.
· Excellent active listening skills.
· Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
