Winning candidate must have incredible communication skills. This role is extremely client-facing, and will be interacting with C-suite regularly. A person who has a strong technical background in SAP BASIS, but has brown into a Tech Lead or Technical Project Manager, will be the winning profile for this position.

Summary:

  • 7+ years as SAP BASIS with Experience with proven Knowledge and experience support SAP System builds and refreshes
  • 3+ Experience in Global SAP Technical Delivery Program/Project leadership role
 
Requirements:
 
  • Manage and Improve SAP Technical Delivery processes.
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
  • Create end to end technical project plans for technical activities like Refreshes, Upgrades, Patching in the overall landscape.
  • Partner up with technical teams to attend technology requirements in the project (new technical tools implementations, environment/landscape activities like builds and refreshes).
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on any impactful activity in Technology space.
  • Manage the Technology Maintenance windows seeking for flawless execution and communicating status properly to stakeholders.
