Sr UIPath RPA Developer
Location : : Malvern, PA (25 miles outside of Philly) -- This will be HYBRID, expected to be in office on: Tuesday/Weds/Thursday and remote the other two days.
Duration: 12+ months - they can be there for up to 3 years. ( NEED A RELEASE 12 MONTHS -- AS THERE IS A POSSBILITY TO CONVERT FULL TIME AFTER 12 MOTHS )
Vaccine: Must be fully vaccinated, have card.


Start/On-boarding Process:
Once offer is made they will do a background check (they run) that includes:
- 10 years background
- Drug test
- Finger Printing
* Timeline is 2-3 weeks from offer to start based on background process and laptop shipping

Must haves:
* 2+ years of direct UiPath RPA Development experience
* UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred
* 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools).

Day to day:
*Design and deliver RPA solutions across multiple processes using UiPath
*Support RPA CoE best practices, standards, framework to cross-functional teams participating in Bot development and improvement areas
*Analyze process automation requirements and design robotic process automation solutions and logic
*Configure and test automated processes prior to deployment into production environments using experience in programming languages (Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, C# and/or C+) based on complexity of process
*Develop and assure documentation according to company standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.
*Support, debug, and correct any issues with Production Bots as part of RPA CoE On-call
