Must Have Experience -
1. 5 years’ experience as an IT Technical BA
2. Strong REST API experience
3. Ability to document API specification transforming Service Data Dictionary (DD) into a mapping document.
4. Healthcare experience

Responsibilities:
Prepare integration requirements in the form of a Mapping Specifications for specific integration paths for the NCompass application.
Complete Mapping Specifications to include Data Dictionary (DD) identifiers, screen names, Customer Servicing schema definition, and mapping/consumption of sourcing service information.
Analyze / interpret the sourcing web service(s) (xml, schema, or other forms of service documentation) to understand what the sourcing web service(s) provides and identify gaps needed by the application.
Validates Customer Service (CS) requirements against the Common Information Model, and request updates to the model when gaps are identified.
Attend NCompass Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions for assigned topics in order to understand the needs of the application.
Contributes to the implementation Data Dictionary with definitions for new fields, identifiers, and sourcing information for each screen (UI tabs).
Supports SIT, UAT with triaging issues within the integration layer.
