Salesforce Developer with advisor skills, with a specialization with CRM Analytics (CRMA).  The following is needed for this skillset: 

 

CRMA Requirements: 

• Design, build, and support Tableau CRM apps, datasets, and dashboards beginning with operational reporting and expanding into full-fledged analytics over time 
• Develop and maintain dashboards in salesforce Tableau CRM 
• SQL, SAQL and Tableau CRM/Einstein proficiency is required 
• Knowledge on Salesforce Sales and Service Objects and their relationships in Salesforce 
• Partner with the Salesforce Admin and ensure all development meets enterprise standards 
• Designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Dashboards, Lens, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security 
• Work in an agile team environment 
• Nice to have - Salesforce Tableau CRM Certification 
  
  Salesforce Developer Requirements 
• Salesforce Lightn ing application building experience including Lightning web components 
• Sales cloud/service cloud consultant certification 
• Platform app builder certification or equivalent coursework with  hands-on experience 
• Experience in various?testing methods, performance, load, stress etc.?? 
• Experience in implementing high volume inbound/outbound call centers using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies 
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills (e.g. eye contact, voice inflection, body awareness, and ability to hold an audience and command respect)? 
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
• Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills?
