Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience with Workday Studio
- 8+ years relevant experience with integration technologies including Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java
- Experience with HR systems and solutions such as Workday HCM, PeopleSoft HRMS or SAP HCM
- Experience with requirements documentation, including ability to provide feedback on design of processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, follow-through and communication skills for all assigned areas of responsibility
- Ability to articulate the issues and propose viable solutions
- Ability to work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among assigned priority items
- Team player
