Job description:
Title: Principal Backend Java Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA, Onsite from Day 1 (1-2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Visa: Any Visa(except h1b and CPT)
Interview: Phone/Zoom
Must have 10+ years of experience
Qualifications:
· You're proactive and hands-on.
· Experience in a highly transactional environment
· Excellent communication skills
· When you see a potential issue, you never leave things hanging and unfinished.
· You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.
· You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
· Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, in larger teams
· Experience Leading distributed teams and business initiatives.
· BackEnd: Experience Leading projects using Java / Spring Boot / Restful APIs / Microservices
· Database: Experience Leading projects using MySQL, Elastic Search, or non-SQL databases
· Queue Managers - Experience Leading projects using SQS or Kafka
· DevOps - Experience Leading projects using Jenkins / Docker / Kubernetes
· Automation
· Experience with Unit Test Frameworks / Test-Driven Development
