Title: Peoplesoft HCM Administrator
Location: Remote (Need local to TX)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
Looking for 10 years of Peoplesoft HCM Administrator
This position will perform system administration and upgrade duties that include installation and build of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning PeopleSoft environments, upgrading Peoplesoft Tools, and applying PUM images on RHEL Linux/Oracle platform.
Candidate should assist in preparing implementation plans for Peoplesoft Tools and PeopleSoft image upgrades.
Candidate should be ready to give on-call support when required depending on project phase.
Candidate should upgrade PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 to a new image and upgrade Peoplesoft Tools to new version.  
Candidate should perform complete installation of PeopleSoft and Peoplesoft Tools at all tiers in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including build, configuration, administering and troubleshooting PeopleSoft application systems.
Candidate should Troubleshoot tasks in PIA include Oracle Database, Process Scheduler, Application Server and Web Server on both Unix and Windows.  
Candidate should analyze issues with Elasticsearch, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Application Engine, SQRs, and Peoplesoft Code.  
Candidate should Debug and optimize SQL statements in Oracle Database.
Candidate should maintain the network's physical and logical structures, including network connections.
Candidate should maintain network support software, analyzes user support statistics, and recommends appropriate measures.
Candidate should have experience in Installation, tests, and maintains network hardware and software.  
Candidate should prepare and analyze statistics on network utilization and availability.
Should have 8 years of experience as PeopleSoft Administrator.
Should have 5 years of experience on Oracle Database, PeopleSoft 9.2, and People Tool 8.57
Should have 5 years of experience on PeopleSoft Finance Image Upgrade experience.
Should have 5 years of experience on SQL Experience (strong).
Should have 5 years of experience on System Reporting (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SQL).
Should have 5 years of experience on Web Services (SOAP, RESTful).
Should have 5 years of experience on Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).
Should have 2 years of experience on Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.
Should have 2 years of experience on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
Preferred having 2 years of Working knowledge of EIR Accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
Preferred having 2 years of Working familiarity with governmental human resources (human capital management) systems and processes.
Preferred having 2 years of Working on State of Texas Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) experience.
