JOB Responsibilities 

• Reviewing data and recommending solutions based on findings. 
• Conducting research on new technologies in order to recommend new solutions or developments that could improve operating efficiency. 
• Communicating regularly with managers about project status, potential problems that may arise, and other relevant information. 
• Documenting processes and procedures for future reference 
• Identifying trends in data points that may indicate problems with existing processes or potential risks to the company's bottom line. 
• Developing reports for upper management about business performance metrics such as customer satisfaction levels, employee turnover rates, or operational costs 
• Recommending improvements to existing processes or developing new ones where necessary 
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings within the company's internal operations by implementing automation or other efficiencies 
• Providing technical support to customers by troubleshooting problems with software, hardware, or other computer applications
