Needs to be C++ Mid-SR level Developer

Needs to be in office

Good communication skills bc they'll be speaking w developers, partners, C-Levels, VP's, etc - will be a key point of communication between teams

Must be able to do hands-on coding without help, will need to do code reviews w team

For video, they're asking specifically about this during the IV - Lots of profiles have been rejected bc of lack of video expertise

REQUIRED:

• C++

• People coming from Telecom or like-minded video streaming companies (like Copmcast, Time Warner, Netflix, Pluto, Disney, etc)

• Linux

• Multi-threading

• Needs to be C++ Mid-SR level Developer

• Needs to be in office

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Media know-how, video codecs H264, H265, AV1, audio codecs AAC, AC3, Streaming protocols HLS, DASH, DRM standards like fairplay,

• Experience working with cloud and microservices, Kubernetes terminology, administration and monitoring, Lambdas, EC2 instances and Batch jobs

• DevOps, CI/CD, New Relic integration and monitoring, dashboards, unit tests, integration tests and Cmake
