- Provide solutions to complex request with the guidance of application architect if needed.
- Mentor and train developers
- Development/deployment of system configuration, fast-track and medium risk changes
- Service Now developer with minimum 5-year experience
- Proficient in Java scripting, AJAX, web services
- Discovery - ability to discover applications within servers, hardware using SNMP, create or modify patterns, WMI/Power shell, cloud discovery (Azure)
- Service Portal - experience developing and deploying Service Portal based solutions
- Service Catalog – manage complex catalog solutions - Must
- Change, Incident & Problem module experience
- Event Management experience
- CMDB experience
- Flow Designer experience
- Experience in integration via webservices/data imports
Technical skills - JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- Ajax
- XML
- Database concepts
- Web services (Rest/Soap)
