Sr. Management Consultant
We require a strong IT Business Analyst with manufacturing industry experience and experience working with the engineering department at manufacturing companies. The successful candidate will initially work with the IT manager and the clients engineering department to understand their IT landscape and needs. We require a Business Analyst who can be onsite in Plymouth Minnesota.
- Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
- Must be able to consult business clients talking in business terms and translate that into roadmaps or requirements.
- Candidate MUST have experience working with engineering departments at manufacturing companies.
- Demonstrable experience conducting and leading workshops, presentations, effectively leading meetings and facilitating workgroups.
- Experience analyzing and documenting IT landscape and roadmaps.
- Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements and translating those business requirements into documentation.
- Minimum 8 Years experience with requirements gathering, documentation and traceability.
- The resource must have strong communication skills and experience working with clients at all levels.
- The resource must possess a commitment to high quality.
- Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and possess strong problem solving skills.
- Candidate must possess very strong oral and written communication skills working with both clients and team members.
- Looking for individuals who possess a positive and willing attitude, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
