Title                      : Lead Salesforce QA Analyst (Tester) Client                   : Financial Services Location              : Troy, MI – Client wants local candidates (Hybrid, on site 2 days per week) Duration             : 6 Months + Interviews         : Video Visa                      : No H1B/CPT   **LINKEDIN Profiles (REQUIRED)***   Job Requirements: - 8+ years’ experience in Test Management, quality assurance and software testing - Minimum 3+ years Salesforce QA experience - Software development lifecycle with special emphasis on QA & UAT testing - Ideal candidate will relish problem-solving and being responsible for the testing of large IT systems - Experience with UFT and Selenium - Experience working with distributed (off-shore) testing teams - Experience working on CI/ CD platform - Strong interpersonal skills-networking, building relationships, teamwork - Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently - Good to have Mortgage experience Job Responsibilities: - -Leads groups of QA Test Analysts (onsite and remote) for both artifact creation and execution. - Creates test Artifacts (Test Strategies/Test Cases/Traceability Matrices/Test coverage metrics etc.). - Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalates potential quality issues. - Isolates, replicates, and reports defects and verifies defect fixes. - Works with Test Manager and Project Management teams to set milestone for QA team and the project schedule. - Provides accurate time estimations for QA effort, based on various inputs. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. - Complete all required compliance training. - Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. - Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.   Please note that all highlighted skills below need to be clearly defined in the job duty bullet points.  The client is seeking at least 3 years of Salesforce QA experience. Please don’t send any candidates without this.  With Gratitude; Prashant Kumar | Sr. Technical Recruiter Email: prashant@largeton.com LARGETON INC | 13800 Coppermine Rd, Herndon, VA 20171 Thanks for doing business with us.
