Track record of solutioning - understand requirements, use what they've done and craft that into a solution and communicate that solution

AWS event driven technologies for Data Processing and Persistence - kinesis, lambda, DynamoDB, S3 etc 

Experience producing solution architecture diagrams

Snowflake .

Plus:

AWS Certification

Experience handling large data sets (some data sets have up to several million records)

Curious about data - given a data set and able to listen to what the data is telling them
