1. At least 5 years of experience in project / program management of Facilities Management and Financial Management integrated solutions that enable an organization to effectively manage Facilities tools integration.
2. Must have expert knowledge of Project Management and Financial Management solutions integration with back-end financials and use the latest digital technologies to track and monitor Facilities management projects 
3. Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional project update meetings
4. Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills
5. Experience with hardware configuration and/or IOT monitoring implementations. Example: Building Management Systems (BMS) or Vertical Transportation Monitoring
6. PMP Certification preferred
7. Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
8. Mastery of Microsoft Project Professional is required
