- At least 5 years of experience in project / program management of Facilities Management and Financial Management integrated solutions that enable an organization to effectively manage Facilities tools integration.
- Must have expert knowledge of Project Management and Financial Management solutions integration with back-end financials and use the latest digital technologies to track and monitor Facilities management projects
- Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional project update meetings
- Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills
- Experience with hardware configuration and/or IOT monitoring implementations. Example: Building Management Systems (BMS) or Vertical Transportation Monitoring
- PMP Certification preferred
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
- Mastery of Microsoft Project Professional is required
