QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- (Number of years experience isn't as important as number of successful Production implementations, aka Go-Lives).
- 5+ years of Oracle delivery DBA experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of Percona MySQL delivery DBA experience in the IT industry
- Proven experience supporting/maintaining Databases systems in the Unix environment
- Experience with Oracle RAC technologies 12c and 19c (CRS/ASM/RAC Services)
- Experience with Percona Clustering technologies for 5.7 and 8 (manual setup / Linux commands)
- Experience in Database monitoring, Performance tuning, Health Checks, Stats collection, Query Optimizing, Indexes
- Experience with TSM / backup strategies
