·         The individual responsible will be a team lead with mentorship responsibilities to less experienced analysts and developers.

·         We are looking for someone who is able to ramp up quickly and contribute from day 1.

·         7+ years in a developer role – part of which is in a lead role – must have experience leading/mentoring others

·         Looking for someone who will come in, get oriented and run the show!

·         Communication -  must speak with confidence and be proactive, speak up, bring new ideas to the table, etc. 
Must have many years of continuing SQL and Stored Procedure development and Business facing reporting experience

Job Description
- Strong, clear communication and ability to talk to Director/VP level is a must have for this role
- Monitor trends to help the business formulate strategies to serve customers and recover at-risk moneys
- Oversee business intelligence development initiatives as Subject Matter Expert and point-of-contact for business users
- Interface with cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and technical support professionals to determine comprehensive list of requirement specifications
- Utilize SQL and Stored Procedures for data management and data reporting
- Perform data analysis to transform existing data and generate business insights on key operating metrics
- Work with data warehouse concepts including data storage, data movement, and data queries
- Utilize Teradata for main database reporting operations; and perform data visualization for BI reporting using Micro Strategy
- Implement and oversee technologies that are capable of handling large amounts of data to help identify, develop, and otherwise create new strategic business opportunities
- Utilize detailed grain of data elements in the warehouse to support user needs in research and ad-hoc querying and managing large information projects.
