JD/Description of Role* Program Manager with 5 to 7 years' experience in Program Management. As a member of the Planning, Governance & Delivery (PGD) group, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to drive successful execution & completion of programs. Primary (Must have skills) * • Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall • At least 2 Years of as a Program Manager • At least 2 Years of as a Scrum Master • Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment  • Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Secondary Skills (Good To have) * • Exposure to SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools  • PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer  • Scrum Master Certification • Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBi, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies. • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure • Impact and influence – In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results Soft skills/other skills (If any) 1.
