- Asynchronous distributed systems
- Azure Serverless
- Key-value databases (Redis primarily)
- Networking and traffic management
- Functions & App Service.
- Tagging and analytics administration
- Application monitoring (New Relic & Azure Application Insights)
- Cross-browser development (Safari, Chrome, Edge)
- Accessible web applications (Voice Over, Talkback, NVDA)
- Git / GitHub
- TDD (Jest)Understanding of Best Practices for Internet-facing Web Applications and eCommerce Applications
- Development environment configuration. Linting, editor config, etc.
- Ticket management including architecture and estimation
- Code review and migration
- Confidence to debug and diagnose running production applications and take action as necessary
- Ability to articulate technical problems with service providers and work to resolve issues.
- Strong English language skills – both written and verbal
