Position:-Business Data Analyst Duration:-Long Term Location : Onsite - ERIE PA We immediate need for a Business Data Analyst with who worked on Mainframe projects . Must have Skills : XML, JSON OR Mainframe Job Description - 08 years of working experience as a Business Analysis
- Work on Project Implementations using Agile (Scrum) Methodologies involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Authoring User Stories, maintaining Product/Sprint Backlogs, Backlog grooming and Sprint Retrospectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate the information with attention to detail and accuracy
- knowledge and experience business data analysis, data mapping, query languages (SQL, NOSQL), XML, JSON is required. Good to have Mainframe skills
- Experience of working on Customer Information management applications would be an advantage
- Coordinate and work with various teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Requirement Documents, Design documents, Data mapping documents and Process/Data Flow diagrams
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Track day to day work and Provide Weekly and Monthly Status reports to leadership team
- Responsible for Triaging Production Defects, analyzing and addressing/fixing Issues with the help of development team within SLAs defined
