- Ability to establish Performance CoE
- Proven experience in performance Engineering and Performance Testing
- In-depth understanding of pros and cons of the performance testing tools
- Make the right tool recommendations based on the client need
- Experienced in writing and implementing Performance Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scripts, and Test Closure reports.
- Good experience in working and usage of Performance Testing tools like LoadRunner , JMeter, NeoLoad, Storm runner, Performance Centre
- Strong knowledge in working cloud environments and distributed environments.
- Hands on writing and debugging in scripting (Parameterization and Correlation).
- Good understanding of performance engineering and tuning techniques – Garbage Collection and Thread Dumps.
- Involved in Performance report, monitoring graphs and analyzing performance-testing results to find the bottlenecks.
- Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters to verify the performance of the applications.
Technical expertise in C/Java is preferable. |
