| | Role : Azure Data Project Manager Location : Remote
Requirements: - 15+ years overall IT industry experience with 5+ years of strong management experience along with Scrum Masters practices
- Establish an understanding of the business processes
- Analyse, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled technical projects
- Preparing Project plan, details estimates, resource loading, milestones & Deliverables, risk factors and mitigation plan
- Coordinating with client personnel, stakeholders, and other internal resources to meet specified outcomes
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for project initiatives
- Optimizing/improving processes and documenting important actions and decisions from meetings
- Conducting project review and creating status reports for internal and client management
- Expertise in SDLC models and experience in managing projects in Incremental/Iterative and Agile methodologies
- Experience in managing User Acceptance test cycles and getting UAT Sign off in different projects Experience in Scope management, Change Request identification and management and escalation management.
- Experience in implementing projects in ODS, Data Lake, DWH, Datamarts etc., using SQL Server, Azure BLOB Storage, ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Azure SQL DW, Azure Purview, and Python
- Good to have: Insurance Domain background
