Experience in ITSM modules including latest features (Flow designer, Workspace, Service Portal development etc.,) Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities. Very strong experience integrating 3rd party tools with ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs etc., Good understanding of ServiceNow Best practices Experience in implementing Service Portal.
