**Required: *B.S. degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering with 10+ years of experience OR Masters’ degree in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines with 7+ years of experiences • 3+ years of background in Software development (actual Dev exp preferred, or PM exp managing dev work) *7+ years Experience managing Software development projects in in Agile environment • 5+ years’ experience managing DevOps and cloud security • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) • Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project • Strong communication and presentation skills
**Desired Skills: • PMP certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred • Certification or knowledge of AWS is highly desirable • Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects is highly desirable • Change Management Certification preferred • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desirable • Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
**Job Responsibilities: Program manager to assist Cat Digital Devops team, supporting tools and other Devops initiatives. Would be helping to organize work backlog and ID and solve issues that affect delivery. *will be working with overall Devops and Security teams
