Implements as well as guides the rest of the team in implementing the solution.  Adds necessary data quality checks and documents the solution in a clear and detailed manner. Creates technical specifications. Ability to debug and resolve production issues, if needed. Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) across all teams and all levels within the company and around the world. Should be a self-starter and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
