Job Description:
- Overall 7+ years of development experience in Reporting and Data Analytics.
Technical Skills [ Rating >= 7/10]
- Candidate MUST be very strong and hands on experience in each of following areas:
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, CSS and JSON
- Good knowledge and solid hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
- Currently/actively managing Adobe Launch or working on migration from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch in the last 12 months
- Experience in SEO is plus
Soft Skills
- Must have excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Must have excellent presentation skill
- Must be a team player
- Must have good professional ethics
- Manage offshore team as well as project deliverables
Job Description
- Requirement analysis
- Must be able to talk in terms of business and able to guide them from analytics perspective.
- Must be able to define meaningful KPIs.
- Designing and define KPIs
- Tagging:
- Preparation of Tagging Document
- Tagging Implementation (Rules and Data Elements)
- Tagging using the tag management tool "Adobe Launch"
- Reporting
- Data pulled from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Splunk.
- Report Generation: Data Visualization using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands on experience in working with Tableau, integration between Adobe / Google analytics with Tableau
- Provide effective insights
- Monthly report (multiple) generation
- Data / issue Analysis
- Analytics funnel updates
- Managing adhoc requests
- Preview, Validate and Publish
- Data Validation and Fixes
- Search Engine optimization:
- Must have extensive experience in SEO
- Must have followed best practices
- Co-ordinate with the business and project development team (onsite and offshore) for code changes
- Able to manage and guide a team across multiple projects/enterprise releases
- Technical and Process Documentations wherever required.
