Minimum Experience: 8 years

 

Detailed JD:

ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service catalogs).

Hands-on experience working with relational databases, domain separation.

Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA etc.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI actions, SLAs notifications etc and the ServiceNow APIs • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications

Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly
