Role: Salesforce with Business Analyst

Location: : O'Fallon, MO - Day1 Onsite

Duration: Long Term

Client: Tech Mahindra

                                                 

·         8+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in Business Analysis and Functional Consulting on Salesforce

·         Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Communities

·         Experience in Salesforce Integrations with Legacy systems

·         Experience in designing OOTB Solutions & estimations of customizations

·         Strong business acumen to engage with all levels of a business and key stakeholders including – Product Owner, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Product Team, Tech Leads and Developers

·         Gather clients requirements and document business processes aligned to Salesforce functionality

·         Discuss and elicit under-the-surface needs and translate them into specific system requirements and user stories that clearly articulate the overall business requirements

·         Backlog grooming using tools like Rally or Jira Ensure MVP is captured fully per Feature any each Feature is sized correctly per MVP of the business ask
