Location: Plano, TX [Day 1 Onsite, In a Hybrid mode]

 

Job Description:  

Key Skills:

  • Execute projects / enhancements for Stored Procedures & Jobs including Job standardizations
  • L1/L2/L3 support for Stored Procedures & Jobs - with adherence to SLAs
  • Document issue resolutions for future cases
  • Analyze repeated issues and recommend long-term fixes
  • Candidate should have support experience
  • Should have Autosys experience.
