Role: Scrum Master Location: Oaks, PA (Initial Remote) Duration: Contract Mandatory Skills: Java, PL/SQL (Development Experience) JD:             Maximum 12 years of IT experience with Java/PL-SQL experience At least 5 years of experience in leading as a scrum master. Must have technical background on Microsoft technologies (Java, PL/SQL) Candidate should have solution design and analytical skill Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Run daily scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies Manage demos for every sprint Work with stakeholders to provide project status updates and clear team roadblocks, if any Need to closely interact with management and business leaders for project requirements, technical details, and help to drive solutions Act as single point of contact for project planning, management, and execution Is accountable for process documentation and continuously assess team processes for maximum flow.
