Role: TDM (Test Data Management) Architect Location: Erie, PA/Remote until covid Duration: 12+ months
Job Summary: Responsibilities: · Drive maturity of TDM capability and TDM automation across the enterprise · Proposes technical solutions / strategies, identify test data gaps, and proactively provide technical guidance to TDM team · Define TDM standards and tools selection, oversee implementation of automated solutions; partner with IT Manager, TDM Operations to continuously improve quality, delivery, and innovation of processes and solutions of TDM · Leads TDM tool selection, oversee implementation of TDM solutions; explores ways to continuously improve quality, delivery, and innovation of TDM solutions · Establish TDM as a self-serve process and incorporate into continuous integration and delivery processes along with data virtualization · Leads a team of TDM engineers to support and promote TDM architecture capabilities through the organization · Participate in design sessions to provide input about the test data needs for said solution and data-specific test plan input · Works closely with other centralized enterprise teams (such as DevOps, Architect teams etc) to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle · Identify inefficiencies in the test data and optimize it to improve the testing process. · Analyze the TDM technology industry, competitors, and market trends, and determines their potential implications for a given solution Technical Requirements: · 8 – 10 Years of experience in implementing Test Data Management Solutions and Familiarity with Automated Continuous Testing through CI/CD/CT pipelines · 8 – 10 Years of experience in a consulting role, interacting with Architects, Product Owners, Managers, and other IT stakeholders in an independent capacity · 3 – 5 Years of experience implementing industry leading TDM solutions such as IBM Optim, Genrocket, CA TDM, informatica etc. · Expert knowledge and 5 - 7 years of experience with one or more relational databases (DB2/Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL) · Expert knowledge and 3 - 5 years of experience with NoSQL Databases (Columnar such as Cassandra, Key Value stores, Document Databases such as Mark logic/Mongo DB) · 2 – 4 Years of experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud implementation. · Applied knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe.
