Major Responsibilities:
· Application expert for a Pharmaceutical Assay Registration System
· Troubleshoot and resolve end user support issues
· Enhance support model and manage support tickets in ServiceNow
· Develop system documentation, user manuals, training decks, confluence pages and other documentation necessary to support application
· Conduct trainings and user group meetings for supported application
· Administration activities in assay registration application
· Gather feedback from application end users and integrate into requirement backlog
· Communicate to end users about application updates and new feature rollouts
Competencies and Qualifications:
· Can independently manage activities associated with application support
· Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, gSheets, Jira, Smartsheets
· Experience with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies and DevOps
· Working knowledge of scientific research application development cycles and data management principles
· Strong team player skills
· Excellent people and communication skills.
· Experience with Assay Registration Systems or similar class of scientific software
· Scientific degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
