Urgent Need/ IAM Engineer/ Remote

IAM Support Engineer
Position: 12+ months contract
Location: Remote
Visa : All apart from H1B and CPT

Description :

The IAM Support Engineer will be engaged with the care and feeding (requires installing, tracing, snapshots for backups etc.) of the infrastructure platforms, vulnerabilities, queue management of tickets with focus on automation.
Must have experience in ISAM, LDAP or F5.
 
This individual will be engaged with the care and feeding (requires installing, tracing, snapshots for backups etc.) of the infrastructure platforms, vulnerabilities, queue management of tickets with focus on automation. The selected candidate will possess the following skills:
 
Top Responsibilities:
 

• Troubleshooting day to day tickets
• Working on issues with vendor to resolve internal infrastructure issues

Required Skills:
 

• 2+ years of professional experience, in web access management or related role
• Scripting / automation experience with UNIX (Bash)
• Strong understanding of web access and identity management technologies and concepts (session cookies, certificates, basic concepts of encryption, authorization, authentication, etc.)

ONE OR THE OTHER OF THESE
 

• Either
  • Working knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) configuration and system management or similar.
    • Working knowledge of IBM LDAP
• Or
  • Working knowledge of F5 APM and SSO solutions.
    • Experience with Big-IP & APM modules in a large, shared environment
    • Demonstrate an ability to craft and understand iRules within the F5 ecosystem
• Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with clients

Nice to Have Skills:
 

• Integration with cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced Linux and/or UNIX knowledge
• Working knowledge of relevant network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTP, FTP, SSL, PKI, Firewall and DMZ concepts)
• Working knowledge of databases and database concepts (DB2)
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
• Understand the importance of teamwork and coordinated activities
• Experience implementing production changes
• Nice to have – Tool experience: (OKTA. PING, AzureAD, or another IDAAS solution) – Identity as a service
• Experience with any / all of the following: Terraform, Python, Ansible, Ruby, Shell, and PERL, Jenkins, etc.)
