Program Manager:
· Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestones
· Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadership
· Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management. Be comfortable presenting ideas to senior level stakeholders, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes
· Coordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, release trains, or solution groups are involved in development
· Works with the Agile Leaders, Technology, Regional, Operations, Care, GTM to define E2E delivery milestones and drive value delivery for our customers
· Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, Track progress, identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to leadership
· Help manage systemic risks and dependencies; escalate and track systemic impediments
· Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing opposing priorities.
· Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
· Coordinate major feature releases and ongoing delivery of value to customers where multiple teams, are involved in development
· Responsible for Product Launch approval, ensures each product release has mandatory approval from including Engineering, Product, Global Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, and business stakeholders
· Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
· Provide expert advice and coaching to leads and teams to ensure best practice execution
· Communicate role up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for senior leadership consumption, escalating blocking issues risking milestone delivery
· Raise risks / issues and remove blockers from delivery teams
· Develop and deliver various reports and presentations to steering committees, project sponsors, and other stakeholders
