Job Title – Senior Tax Manager (80% time in Tax and the remaining 20% in operational activities)

Location – Princeton, NJ

Experience – CPA Certification with a working experience in industry for 7-10 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database including deferred taxes.
Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.
Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits.
Make sure that clients comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Advise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.
Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work with tax consultants & attorneys.
Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports.
Keep up to date with tax changes and industry trends.
Assistance with payroll/banking activities.
Operational/Administrative work including assistance in audit.

Reporting – Local Finance Controller and/or the Global Tax Head
