JOB DESCRIPTION :
Test Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology. Hands experience on Manual Testing and Test Planning Prepare Test strategy/Plan/Scenarios/Test cases Review FSD documents Design & execute manual/Semi Automated Test cases Regression Testing UAT Design & Execution Bug Reporting & Retesting Work with Cross Functional Teams to ensure quality through out the SDLC Attention to detail with commitment to high quality and accuracy Excellent Written & verbal Communication Interact with different teams/Stakeholders, Status reporting.
Must Have Skills
Experience: 3-5 years
Technical Depth:
· Demonstrated experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (plan, design, develop, test, release, maintain and support, decommission)
· Experienced with Downstream Retail Technologies (i.e. Back Office Systems, Point of Sale, Pricing, Payments)
· Experienced working within a Scrum team using SAFe methodology
Business Acumen:
· Demonstrated strong understanding of business processes (specifically in the sales, retail, and customer service areas)
· Demonstrated business financial skills. Demonstrated ability to perform cost benefit analysis at a technical level.
Leadership Influence, Innovation mindset:
· Demonstrated ability to work with leaders in both the IT Function and the business to understand business strategies and support them.
· Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and is highly collaborative.
· Understands how to effectively manage tasks and deliverables
