Position Title:  Production Support SRE – Global Support (8+)  Location: NYC,NY   Primary Responsibilities: Analyze and document current state and future state workflows for Investment teams Develop technical solutions for investment systems Produce efficient and elegant code based on business requirements Interpret business requirements and specs, and recommend best business practices and solutions Production support for trading systems and data feeds Perform detailed data analysis and validation Work closely with Internal developers on production issues and enhancement requests Assist with preparation, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing Design workflows for new data feeds and processes Manage and work on multiple projects Manage the prioritization, logging and tracking of user related issues, defects, enhancements and work requests Troubleshoots priority incidents, facilitates blameless post-mortems and ensures permanent closure of the incidents Engages with development team throughout the life cycle to help develop software for reliability and scale, ensuring minimal refactoring or changes. Identifies application patterns and analytics in support of better service level objectives. Designs best in class monitoring frameworks to accomplish end to end flow monitoring and noiseless alerting Designs automated software and product upgrades, change management, and release management solutions. Manages their own effort or teams’ efforts between operational work and engineering work, optimizing for efficiency Be part of the 24x7 support coverage as needed   Job Requirements:   1.      Undergraduate degree in finance, technology discipline or equivalent experience 2.      Prior experience implementing or supporting a large OMS (Aladdin, CRD, AIM, etc) 3.      Expert in at least one technology stack with designing, coding, testing, delivering software 4.      Expert practitioner in one or more technology domains, may be a cross domain expert able to solve complex and mission critical problems within a business or across the firm 5.      Working knowledge of infrastructure components. (E.g.
