Urgent Need - Program / Project Manager with Healthcare Background

Program / Project Manager
USC/ GC only 
6 Months Contract to Hire 
100% Remote 


We'd like to see Program/Project Managers (PMs) with at least 10 years of overall experience and a Consulting skillset (Big Four or similar). This role is open only to people who are US Citizens or who have a full Green Card.

The Sr. PM will work to ensure the successful implementation of the strategic initiatives crucial to implementing the strategic plan in support of our client's mission to improve the health and quality of life for the people in the communities they serve. Serve with key leaders at the highest level of the client as a trusted partner and strategic leader. Use tools, templates and processes based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Lean based project methodologies to gain transparency, standardization and best practice.

Examples of key initiatives that this Sr. PM may lead include:

• Support for Mergers & Acquisitions
• Regulatory Compliance projects
• Implementation / onboarding of new markets, ie. Healthcare services in new States

Key qualities that the Sr. PM will need are:

• 10+ years of overall experience with at 5+ years of pure Program/Project Management experience
• Exceptional leadership skills
• 2+ years of Healthcare industry experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills – ability to summarize and articulate complex topics confidently and concisely for executives and other stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with and influence others at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced technical knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, tools and terminology
• Highly organized and efficient
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software (freelance or Powerpoint).
• Strong quantitative analysis, root cause analysis, logical structuring and business case development skills
• Understanding of healthcare terminology and care delivery processes in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Understanding of healthcare / health plan membership processes
