Should also understand the policy lifecycle. As this role requires multiple client team interviews, good communication skills, interview skills and requirement gathering skills are a must Knowledge of L&A domain, preferably with a LOMA certification is a must Minimum understanding of business processes/terms like - Case/Party/Requirements/Illustrations/Distribution/UW/Billing/Riders/Rates/Rules/Factors is must Collation/presentation skills are desired.
